Reining Ads Terms Of Service
This is not a MLM, ponzi, get rich quick scheme site. It is a paid to read site and you get paid for actions such as reading emails.
By signing up and actively using the Reining Ads program, you agree to all the terms set forth in this agreement. Affiliates will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via email to their primary contact email address and/or Administrative Mails that appear when they sign in provided upon signing up with Reining Ads. If any of these modifications are unacceptable to you, your only course of action is to terminate your account. Your continued participation in Reining Ads program following a posting in the change in policy or new agreement on this site constitutes your binding acceptance to any new changes.
Responsibility of Affiliates:
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Minors, who join, MUST have parental consent to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International** affiliates, and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.
PLEASE NOTE: AS OF JANUARY 3, 2008 WE NO LONGER ACCEPT MEMBERS FROM THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES:
Afghanistan, Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cuba, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kaliningrad, Kazakhstan, Korea, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Malaysia, Moldova, North Korea, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sudan, Syria, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Yemen, and Yugoslavia.
You agree that you personally read and understand ENGLISH and are not in any way using a translator of any type to try to understand what you are reading!
You must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign up multiple times using different email addresses and usernames. Your computer must not be shared with another individual who has an existing account at Reining Ads. Your accounts will be deleted for this offense.
You will use your own email address, username/password combination to access your account at Reining Ads. It is your responsibility to keep this information confidential. You may change this information by logging into your account and following the “User Account Info” link. All of your information must be filled in completely and must be correct. This is for your own protection and to make sure no one uses your name falsily. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your Reining Ads account including the authorization by you to any third party individual that may use your account.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any other type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by Reining Ads is detected, it may result in account termination and/or possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.
You must maintain your email account you used when signing up with Reining Ads. You agree to receive email advertising from Reining Ads limited to no more then 100 per day.
In the event your email account becomes closed or blocked to receive messages from Reining Ads, your account may be terminated. This especially applies to email accounts returning as being full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of their account and forfeiture of all earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be terminated immediately.
Keywords/Interests:
We have several “BAD” keywords/interests( Ex: “Take my Money”, “Cheating is my Thing”, “Delete Me”, and “Speak no English”. These assist us in finding members who cannot read English. If your account if found to have one of these marked, your account will be suspended for 1 week until you email me telling me you’ve fixed your account. After 1 week, your account will be deleted. If you are not from a search allowed country, DO NOT select the “search” keyword/interest! Accounts from non-search countries that have this keyword selected will be deleted.
Cheat Links:
Advertisers are paying for you to read their ads that they have purchased. In order for us to have a good honest site and members, knowing that the members are reading their emails, we must include Cheat Links. These can be found in emails and on the site itself. These ads may say, “Don’t Click this Link”, “Delete this Ad”, etc…to be warned not to click the particular link. This is to insure we have members that understand English and who are not just “blind clicking” their emails. Once you are caught clicking 3 cheat links, your account will be terminated. There are no second chances, and you will lose all of your account’s funds as well.
Turing Numbers:
We have Turing numbers to make sure you are a real person clicking and reading these ads. You must click the right number in order to continue. If you are caught clicking more then 15 wrong Turing numbers in one month, you’re account will be terminated. If you have any issues with these numbers, please email me at support@reiningads.com so we may find a solution to the problem.
Link Sharing/Accessing Paid Links:
We do not permit Link Sharing. Link sharing is the posting of our paid links on a forum, web site, mailing list, etc. for the direct purpose of sharing those links with others. Any member caught link sharing will have their account deleted immediately.
You are not permitted to access the paid links in Reining Ads in any other way then what do we consider “normal”. This means reviewing source codes to pull links and automatic click software programs, or other various ways to harvest links are prohibited. If caught, your account will be deleted immediately, no exceptions! You are expected to read your emails then follow the link to the advertiser’s web site. If you are using our PTC section, then you are expected to log into your member’s area, and manually click the banners/links in the PTC section to visit the advertiser’s site.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and Reining Ads are independent contractors, and nothing in this agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and Reining Ads. You understand that you do not have the authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Reining Ads. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in these terms. You are solely responsible for any reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using this program.
Limitation of Liability:
Reining Ads will not be liable for any lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this agreement or Reining Ads program, even if Reining Ads has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Reining Ads aggregate liability arising under this agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this agreement. The provisions of this section survive termination or expiration of this agreement.
Paid to Sign-Up Section:
When signing up for programs thru Reining Ads’ Paid to Sign-up section, you must submit only information requested (the confirmation email from the site you joined with your user name and password on it). You must be a member of Reining Ads for 30 days before signing up for any Paid to Sign-up programs. If you sign up before the 30-day period, your sign-up will be denied. More then 1 attempt in this 30-day period will result in the termination of your account. You are limited to 5 submissions per month.
Payments:
Members may earn by receiving emails and visiting the advertiser’s websites after they have entered their user name and password in the area on the website provided by Reining Ads. Members may earn by referring new members to the Reining Ads program. Referral Earnings are considered a Bonus and NO members is required to refer new members. Members will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by Reining Ads.
Members will be paid in PayPal or by redeeming for ads. Reining Ads will pay affiliates when their balance reaches enough in earnings required by Reining Ads. Once a member reaches payout, he/she may request payout by the above payment processor.
Please be advised that Paypal will be paid within 30 days or a reasonable time after.

Free Mini~$1.00 Payout (You must click 30 links per month to retain this free affiliateship!)
Shetland~$1.00 Payout(request once every 30 days)
Quarter Horse~$1.00 Payout (request once every 30 days)
Clydesdale~$.50 Payout (request once every 15 days)
Palamino~$.50 Payout (request once every 15 days)
Down line Bonus Earnings:
Reining Ads only has 1 Level of Downline. You can make 20% of your 1st Level and only that Level. You must be 0% Active as your downline to Receive any funds Money.

As of October 1, 2008, Any website owner (PTR, PTC, Exchange, etc) that has an affiliate page or has paid to promote on Any Warrior Promotions Website - will be held to the same standard of Terms of Service that their own website(s) reflect.
Examples(but not limited to) of this rule are as follows:
If your site requires a % of personal click earnings to receive payout - then you must have the same at Warrior Promotions Sites.
If your affiliate pages can only be promoted in certain fashion - then you must follow the same rules as your site for your affiliate page on any Warrior Promotions Site.
If you require more than 50 clicks to allow members to use PTP feature, affiliate page, free upgrade or the member must be a paid upgrade - then you must follow the same rule at any Warrior Promotions Site.
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings or any other mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with Reining Ads and may result in legal prosecution. Reining Ads strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present, or future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we will cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Reining Ads may charge up to $5.00 per Spam email sent.
Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Reining Ads will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
